We offer all our customers a return period of 14 days from the receipt of their products.

Yes, you are free to change your mind during the return period without providing a reason.

The shipping costs in case of return are generally borne by you, unless the return is due to an error on our part or is covered by the legal or conventional guarantee.

We promise to refund you the full amount of the returned product(s), as well as initial shipping costs, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products. The refund will be made through the payment method initially used in your purchase.

In order for us to accept your withdrawal request, the returned products must be in new condition, complete (including all accessories), in their original condition and in their original packaging, ready to be resold. We do not accept returns of incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, stained or soiled products. In addition, products whose original packaging has been damaged beyond its simple opening will not be refunded.
